TFOL Nick Dean recently opened up his exclusive theme, RAMM, to the general public, and set out to celebrate this occasion with a contest, the RAMMtacular. Above is my entry, the RAMM Eisenameise Siege Breaker Mech.

Exploring Southern Michigan, Lego Style
At the Illinois/Indiana border. On the right is my sister, Julia.
Jammin' to Bruce Springsteen.
Eyeing the Cousin's Cup.
Surveying the hotel room.
Riding the pontoon.
Dramatically standing near the fire pit.
And finally, sneaking around some chicken.
All photos taken at Shavehead Lake near Union, Michigan, and the 2008 Dillon family reunion.
...Rosebud...

Of course, this Rosebud is less cryptic: It's obviously a red building.
And like all good dioramas...
...It's the details that really count. Special thanks to Adam Wills: without his basement full of lego he doesn't use anymore, this would not exist.
In other news, I won the election bet with my dad!
And The Sun Rises!
Why are the Kennedys supporting Obama? Because with proper apostrophe placement, his name looks Irish! (Plus a new MOC)
My entry for the "They've taken the city, head for the hills!" contest on Apocalego.
Well, the election season is now in full swing, and personally, I was sick of it a year ago. Now, it's just funny. I think that since the whole process has already been analyzed to death we can have some fun with it. Example: My dad and I placed a bet last year on the primaries. If it's Clinton and Giuliani, my dad wins $20. If it's Obama and Romney, I win $20.
So its all or nothing for me (thank you Florida!).
